Orders & Payment
Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed successfully.
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets like Paytm and PhonePe. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select orders.
Order modifications or cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be processed and dispatched. Please email us at info@vedichelp.in as soon as possible.
Yes, a digital invoice will be sent to your registered email address after your order is confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we deliver to most pin codes across India. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code at checkout.
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore may receive orders faster.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your package on the courier partner’s website.
Free shipping is available on orders above a certain amount, which will be displayed at checkout. Standard shipping charges apply for orders below that threshold.
Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, but only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
Email us at info@vedichelp.in with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Please mention your preference for exchange when raising a return request.
